Microsoft 365 Integrations

Screenbird offers direct integrations with Microsoft 365. Display your PowerPoint presentations, Excel worksheets, Outlook calendar and SharePoint documents live on your digital signage screens.

Making a Connection

  1. OAuth connection (recommended) - Connect your Microsoft account via Settings > Integrations. After connecting, you can select files via a picker.
  2. Public link - Paste the URL of a publicly shared Microsoft file.

PowerPoint Online

Display a live PowerPoint presentation on your screen. The presentation is loaded directly from Microsoft 365.

Settings:

  • Presentation - Select via picker or public URL
  • Transition - Choose a transition effect (fade, slide, rotate, flip, gallery, zoom)
  • Transition speed (ms) - Fast, normal or slow
  • Zoom (%) - Percentage scaling

Excel Online

Display a live Excel worksheet on your screen. Ideal for KPI dashboards and real-time data.

Settings:

  • Worksheet - Select via picker or public URL
  • Sheet (gid) - Choose which tab is displayed
  • Cell range - Optionally a specific range
  • Zoom (%) - Percentage scaling
  • Scroll - Off or automatic

Outlook Calendar

Display your Outlook calendar live on the screen.

Settings:

  • Calendar - Select via picker or public URL
  • Zoom (%) - Percentage scaling
  • Data refresh (min) - Automatic refresh

SharePoint

Display SharePoint documents and pages on your screen.

Settings:

  • Document/Page - Select via picker or public URL
  • Zoom (%) - Percentage scaling
  • Data refresh (min) - Automatic refresh

Power BI
