Templates by industry

Pick a template by industry

The Designer includes 70 ready-to-use templates, organised by industry. Each template provides a starting point that you customise with your own text, images, and brand colours.

How do you choose?

  1. Open the Designer (Files > New > New design).
  2. Choose the orientation of your screen (landscape or portrait).
  3. In the template grid, pick your industry.
  4. Browse the templates and click the one closest to your situation.
  5. Click Create to start editing.

You can always switch to a different template later by starting a new design.

What is in each industry?

Retail: store promotions, sale banners, opening hours, product highlights, queue displays.

Hospitality: daily menus, drink specials, terrace promotions, table service signage, ambience screens.

Fitness: class schedules, trainer profiles, motivational quotes, gym rules, member announcements.

Office: welcome screens, meeting room availability, internal communication, KPI dashboards, company news.

Education: campus announcements, lecture schedules, wayfinding, exam timetables, event calendars.

Healthcare: waiting room screens, patient instructions, queue numbers, opening hours, wayfinding.

Real Estate: property listings, open house announcements, agency contact details, neighbourhood information.

Each industry has both landscape templates (for TVs and most monitors) and portrait templates (for window displays and lobby pillars).

Customising a template

Once you have chosen a template:

  1. Replace the placeholder text with your own.
  2. Replace placeholder images with your own brand images.
  3. Adjust the colours so they match your brand. If you have set up brand colours in Company settings, they appear at the top of every colour picker.
  4. Adjust the font in the text panel. Brand fonts appear at the top of the list.

The template structure stays the same, but the content becomes yours.

Tips

  • Pick the template that requires the fewest adjustments. The closer the layout matches what you need, the less work to make it your own.
  • Stick to one or two industry templates per screen. Visual consistency is more important than variety.
  • Save your customised template as a starting point for new designs by duplicating it.
