Troubleshooting

The app doesn't show on my screen.

  • Check if the app is assigned to the screen in the scheduling.
  • Verify that the refresh rate is set correctly.
  • Check the app's authentication credentials (API keys, tokens, etc.).

The app displays, but the content is not updating.

  • Check the refresh rate setting.
  • Verify the data source (e.g., RSS feed, API endpoint) is still available.

I can't find the app I'm looking for.

  • Use the search function in the app browser.
  • Check if the app requires a paid subscription or extra permissions.
