Delete and Restore Account

Delete Account

Only the account owner can delete the account.

  1. Go to Settings > Company.
  2. Scroll down to Delete Account.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Enter your password to confirm.
  5. You will be logged out and receive a confirmation email.

What happens after deletion?

  • Your subscription is paused (no charges will be applied).
  • Your data, files, screens, and settings are retained for 30 days.
  • After 30 days, everything is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  • Team members can no longer work in the account. When they log in, they will see a message that the account has been deleted.

Restore Account

Within 30 days of deletion, you can restore your account as the owner:

  1. Log in with your existing credentials.
  2. You will see a page with a message that your account has been deleted.
  3. Click Restore Account.
  4. Your account is immediately restored, including your subscription, data, and settings.

Note: If your account was in the free trial period, the trial will continue during deletion. The remaining days will not be paused. So restore your account as soon as possible if you change your mind.

Note: After 30 days, restoration is no longer possible. All data, files, and settings will then be permanently deleted.
