View Invoices

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription.
  2. Click View Invoices under the "Invoices" section.
  3. You will be directed to the Stripe customer portal where you can view and download all your invoices.

Change Payment Method

In the Stripe customer portal, you can update your payment method:

  1. Click View Invoices on the subscription page.
  2. Click Update Payment Method.
  3. Add a new payment method (credit card, iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or EPS).

Set Invoice Email Address

You can set a separate email address to receive your invoices:

  1. Go to Settings > Company.
  2. Enter the desired email address in Invoice Email.
  3. Click Save.

Free Trial Period

New accounts start with a 7-day free trial period. During the trial, you have full access to all features. After the trial ends, your first invoice will be automatically charged.

What Happens If a Payment Fails?

If a payment fails, we will automatically attempt to retry it. You will receive an email with instructions to update your payment method. Your account remains active for 14 days. After 14 days without a successful payment, your account will be temporarily suspended.

Tip: Regularly check that your payment method is still valid to avoid interruptions.
