Set up recurring events
What are recurring events?
Recurring events allow you to schedule content to repeat on specific days and times without having to create a new schedule each time. This is useful for daily standups, weekly meetings, or monthly announcements.

- Click on the screen you want to create a recurring schedule for
- Go to the Schedules tab
- Click on Create schedule
- Enter a name for the schedule (e.g., "Daily Standup", "Weekly Meeting")
Set the repeat pattern
- Go to the schedule you just created
- Find the Repeat option
- Choose how often the schedule repeats:
- Every day: Plays at the same time every day
- Weekdays only: Plays Monday through Friday
- Weekends only: Plays Saturday and Sunday
- Custom: Choose specific days of the week
- Weekly: Plays on the same day each week
- Monthly: Plays on the same date each month
Set the time
- Set the Start time: When the schedule begins (e.g., 09:00)
- Set the End time: When the schedule ends (e.g., 10:00)
- The content will be displayed between these times
Add content to the recurring schedule
- Click on the recurring schedule

- Select the content or playlist
- Click Add
The content will now display at the scheduled times.
