Frequently asked questions

Everything about connecting and displaying Instagram on a Screenbird screen.

Click Connect with Instagram in the app's setup screen and sign in with the account you want to display. You can use your team's default connection on every screen, or connect a separate account just for one screen.
Yes. Pick "Own feed" or "Stories" in the app settings; both are supported.
Six: a single post, a grid, a carousel, a feed-style scroll, a mosaic, or flip cards. Pick whichever fits your screen.
You set how many posts appear, up to 100, and you can add a maximum age in days so posts older than that stop showing at the next refresh.
Yes. Turn on the account banner to show your bio and a QR code, with your own text like "Scan to follow".
You set it yourself, anywhere from every 1 to 60 minutes; the default is 5. A new post shows on screen at the next refresh.
If your Instagram login needs refreshing, Screenbird shows a reconnect prompt in the app settings; one click reconnects it. Through a brief wifi drop on modern platforms, the screen keeps showing the last loaded view, but it does need an active connection again to load new posts.
Yes, with Split Screen. Divide the screen into zones and assign a different account to each, or add it to a playlist alongside images and videos.
Any of the 11 platforms Screenbird supports. Amazon's Signage Stick and the Fire TV Stick 4K are the simplest plug-and-play options, and smart TVs with Google or Android TV, Windows, Mac, Linux, and even a regular browser work just as well.
Yes. Use Scheduling to show it at specific times, for example only during opening hours, and switch to other content the rest of the day.
Yes. Every account starts with a free trial. A card is required upfront, and you pay nothing if you cancel within the trial period.
EUR 15 per screen per month, or EUR 12 per screen per month with annual billing, excl. VAT. Every feature is included on every plan, no extra cost per app.
Yes. Invite team members with their own role (owner, admin, or user) so more than one person can update the app or push it to screens.
