Manage your screens by just asking

Type what you need in your own words. The AI Assistant answers your questions and does the work: pairing screens, putting content on them, building playlists and schedules. You see every change first and confirm it with one click.

How the AI Assistant works

1

Ask in your own words

Type a question or a task. Attach photos or videos if they're part of it.

2

Check the card

The assistant shows exactly what it will do: which screen, which content, from when until when.

3

Confirm, and it's done

One click and the change is made. Press Cancel instead, and nothing changes.

One request, several steps

Ask for a new playlist with this week's videos on the entrance screen, and the assistant puts the steps on one card: create the playlist, add the videos, put it on the screen. You check them once and confirm them all with one click.

Up to four steps on one card
Screens, files, playlists, schedules and apps
Restarts a player or switches a screen on or off

Nothing changes without your OK

Before anything changes on a screen, in a playlist or in a schedule, the assistant shows a card with exactly what will happen. You confirm it or cancel it. It works with your own permissions, so it can never do more than your role allows.

Deleted items stay in the trash for 30 days
Follows the roles in your team
Only acts when you ask

Answers about your own screens

Ask why a screen is offline or why there are black bars around your video. The assistant looks at your account and the help center, then tells you in plain words what's going on and which setting to change. If it can't solve something, it writes the email to support for you.
